What extra features does 2sync offer compared to Notion Calendar?
2sync provides a complete two-way sync between Notion databases and your calendar. You can work with events directly in Notion, and changes sync automatically as often as every 2 minutes. With Notion Calendar, no data flows between your calendars and Notion databases.
Do you support multiple automations per account?
Yes. Solo allows 1 automation, Premium allows up to 3, and Pro allows up to 10 active automations. Each automation connects one Notion database to one app.
Does 2sync store my data?
No. 2sync processes your data to perform syncs but doesn't store copies of your calendar events, tasks, or contacts. We only store the connection between items and your configuration settings.
What happens if I cancel?
Your syncs stop running, but nothing is deleted from Notion or your apps. You keep access until the end of your billing period and can resubscribe anytime to resume.
Which apps can I sync with Notion?
Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Google Sheets, Google Contacts, Outlook Contacts, Gmail, and Outlook Mail. Two-way sync is available for all except email, which syncs one-way to Notion.
Is this service affiliated with Notion?
No. We use Notion's official API to provide synchronization with your apps, but we are not affiliated with Notion.
How quickly do changes sync?
Based on your plan's sync frequency: every 2 minutes on Pro, every 3 minutes on Premium, and every 5 minutes on Solo. Changes sync on the next scheduled run.

I have been using their Google calendar integration since they were called Notion Automations. Even then, the sync was easy to set up and customize. 2sync brings all my Google Calendar events, including those on a secondary calendar, deep into my Notion workflow with each entry having the same flexibility as any other Notion database or page. Frankly, the whole integration was so smooth and complete, I forgot about 2sync, until I learned about their Google Mail integration. With the 2sync Gmail automation, my mail comes into it's own view right inside my workspace with automatic summary and easy linking to related contacts and tasks. These two Google integrations make Notion a complete AI workspace that works for me. I recommend 2sync as a company to trust with products to count on.

I had my doubts and had been holding back for a while. But after trying it out 2sync has actually been quite great.
I opted for Todoist and Notion integration. It syncs fast and reliably. The set up process and its sync dashboard is straightforward and easy to understand.
Downsides are the API is still quite limited (this is the restriction on Notion and Todoist part not 2sync) and the price is a too high IMO (2sync subscription cost more than Todoist subscription itself).
